An honest score, before you spend anything

1. The fit score: five parts, fixed weights

Each part is scored from 0 to 100, then weighted. The weights are the same for every client and every job.

• 25%ExperienceYour years against what the job asks for.
• 15%SeniorityWhether the level fits your current title.
• 15%Location and visaCity, country, nationality or transferable iqama limits.
• 10%IndustryHow close your background is to the job's sector.

This is Masar's own score of your CV against the job post. It is not a score from any employer's applicant tracking system; nobody outside the employer can see that.

2. The 70% gate

Below 70%, we do not build or sell you a package for that job. You get a free gap report instead: the skills and facts missing, ordered by how many points each one costs you.

A job that does not pass the gate does not use any of your plan's credits. Credits are used only when a package is delivered.

This gate is fixed in the system. It is not changed for a sale.

3. The 90+ ATS readability check

Every tailored CV is checked before delivery: clean structure a hiring system can read, the job's real keywords used naturally, and nothing you cannot back up.

If the check scores under 90, the CV goes back for rework (up to two more rounds). If it still cannot reach 90 honestly, it is not delivered as finished and comes to a person to review.

Like the fit score, this is Masar's own check, not a guarantee from any employer's system.

4. What we never do

• Add skills, jobs or certificates you do not have.
• Stuff keywords to trick a system.
• Promise interviews or job offers.
