What Masar does

Masar scores how well your CV fits a job post, shows your gaps, and for jobs at 70% fit or more prepares a tailored application package. You apply to employers yourself.

Our commitments

• A job below the 70% fit gate does not use your plan's credits.
• Documents use only information you give us. We do not invent experience.
• Every CV must pass our 90+ ATS readability check before it is delivered as finished.
• You can cancel a paid plan any time from Billing. Future charges stop and you keep access until the end of the 30-day period you paid for. Cancelling alone does not refund that period; refunds follow the rules in section 6.

What we cannot promise

Hiring decisions belong to employers. Masar does not guarantee interviews, offers or any employer's system score.

Your part

Give true information and only apply with documents you have checked. Do not use Masar for anyone else's CV without their permission.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancelling alone is not a refund.
• Refund only if nothing has been delivered since the payment: no package and no fit check.
• Requested within 48 hours of payment: 100% refund. Between 48 and 72 hours: 50% refund. After 72 hours: no refund.
• Requesting a refund also cancels the plan. Each request is reviewed by a person.
