Cancellation and refund policy

When you are not charged

• The free fit check is always free.
• A job below the 70% gate does not use a credit, so there is nothing to refund.
• A credit is used only when a finished package is delivered. Re-downloading it does not use another.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing in your account. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for (30 days from payment). Cancelling alone does not refund that period; see the refund rules below.

Refunds

• Nothing delivered since you paid: no package and no fit check. Once anything is delivered, there is no refund.
• Within 48 hours of payment: 100% refund. From 48 to 72 hours: 50% refund. After 72 hours: no refund.
• Billing shows the percent you can get right now, the time left and the reason.
• Requesting a refund also cancels the plan. A person reviews each request and replies by email; approved refunds end the plan straight away.

How to ask

Open Billing in your account and press Request refund. If you cannot sign in, email [support email to be confirmed] from your account email. How long the money takes to reach you depends on the payment method and will be stated before payments go live.
